As a small business, we are happy to accept returns for unused, unworn items with tags attached and a receipt for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Unused, unworn, full-priced items with original tags attached may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
All returns must be approved prior to return shipping. Email admin@ivyboutiquefoco.com to authorize a return.
Items must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the original shipment. Please include your original invoice and keep record of tracking information.
Once returned items are received back at Ivy Boutique, a credit will be issued and may take 5-7 business days to process. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that Ivy Boutique cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Document the damages with pictures and descriptions and include the information when initiating a return. Without evidence of damages upon delivery, we will be unable to process a refund for the returned items.
Holiday purchases with a gift receipt will be accepted for an exchange or a store credit through January 10th, 2025.
