In-Store Return Policy

Please understand that we are a small, local business. Items are available to return within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or a store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return.

Items must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition to be eligible for return. No makeup, stains, or smells of any kind will be accepted. Original tags must still be on the item.

All returns are for exchange or store credit which can be used in-store or online and the credit never expires.

Online Order Return Policy

Eligible items are available for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Items must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Please include your original invoice and keep record of all tracking information.

All returns must be approved prior to return shipping. To start the return process please email us at admin@ivyboutiquefoco.com

Once the items are received at Ivy, a refund will be issued and can take 5-7 business days to process. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Please note that Ivy Boutique cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages once dropped off at the mail carrier. 

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are damages to the items ordered. Document the damages with pictures and descriptions and email us at admin@ivyboutiquefoco.com. Without evidence of damages upon delivery, we will be unable to process a return.

Holiday Returns

Holiday purchases with a gift receipt will be accepted for an exchange or a store credit through January 10th, 2025.

All sale and discounted items are final sale.
